About Me

I am a 22 year old Wife, New Mom, and College Student.

My husband and I were married March 5th, 2011. We were both 20 years old, and in school. Our story goes a little something like this:

We were best friends in high school. We graduated together, as valedictorian and salutatorian. We were also in FFA (Future Farmers of America) in high school. He was the president and I was the secretary. As life be told, we never dated in school. I was in a long term relationship and he was "just a friend." Our FFA days were amazing. The picture to the left was our high school graduation. My husband is on the right, and I am the one in the middle.

After high school graduation we lost touch for a few months, until one day my friend Amber (the other girl in the picture) and I were playing raquetball. We decided that it would be fun to get everyone together one night for dinner. So we called up all of our friends, and made plans for dinner. My hubby (at that point still just friends) drove 1.5 hrs from the University of Florida to go to dinner with us.

After dinner that night we started talking, and summer came. He came home from college and we hung out just about every day. We had a lot of fun together, and October 12th, 2010 he asked me what I was doing for the rest of his life! We were engaged to marry. We were married a few short months later. March 5th, 2011 we said I do.

My husband graduated from college May 2012. He is such a wonderful man. He supports me with everything that I do.

The next chapter of our life just started. Our baby girl, Addilyn, was born May 9th, 2013. She was 8 lbs 2 oz. you can read her story here.
